Terms of Use

By using the website, Discord community, or dashboard, you agree to these terms and to any campaign-specific brief or rules. You must provide accurate information and keep your Discord account and connected payment details under your control.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age required where you live. Do not impersonate others, misuse the platform, submit misleading information, interfere with tracking, or use the community to harass, discriminate against, or exploit others.

Each campaign has its own brief, rules, budget, sound or asset requirements, and deadline. A submission is pending until reviewed. KK Collective may accept or deny a submission where it does not meet the brief, quality, safety, originality, platform, or campaign requirements. Automated anomaly signals may be used to support manual checks; final campaign decisions are made by the team.

Only accepted submissions are eligible for campaign payouts. View thresholds, RPM, caps, budgets, and payout timing are shown in the relevant campaign. We may correct tracking or payout calculations where there is a clear error, invalid traffic, duplicate submission, removed post, or breach of campaign rules. Participation does not create employment, agency, or a guaranteed income.

You keep ownership of content you create. You give KK Collective a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, review, verify, report on, and promote your submitted content in connection with the relevant campaign and the community. Any further rights for a campaign client must be stated in the campaign brief or a separate agreement.

We may change, pause, or end features, campaigns, or access where reasonably necessary for security, operations, legal compliance, or community safety. We may remove access for material or repeated breaches of these terms or a campaign's rules.

To the extent allowed by law, KK Collective is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as Discord, TikTok, PayPal, YouTube, or internet providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Swedish law applies, except where mandatory law in your country provides stronger protection.
